Why does Scandinavia Express travel via Kenya between towns in Tanzania and Musoma and Mwanza?

Unfortunately, until the shorter internal roads between Tanzanian towns and Musoma and Mwanza are resurfaced, Scandinavia Express is forced to use the longer tarred roads through Kenya. This means that all passengers must have passports and visa requirements for Kenya and re-entry into Tanzania.

To which countries does Scandinavia Express travel?

Scandinavia Express
serves eighteen destinations within Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Zambia with over 40 daily departures across the region.

What happens if I am refused entry into any country whilst travelling on a Scandinavia Express coach?
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Carriage, passengers or their baggage refused or denied immediate entry to a country will be off-loaded from the coach and the passenger's ticket will be void.
Passengers denied entry into any country must purchase another ticket to return to their original location and will be responsible for their own accommodation and expenses until they can obtain return transport.
